Why Using the Full Hypnobabies Course Matters So Much
As a childbirth educator and doula since 1989, I created Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing to help people prepare for one of the most powerful and transformative experiences of their lives—giving birth. My own first birth experience didn’t go the way I hoped, and it left a lasting impact on me. That experience is what led me to dedicate my life to making birth better for others. When birth is a positive experience, it can be life-changing in the most beautiful way. When it’s not, the emotional effects can linger for years.
I truly believe that with excellent childbirth education, compassionate support, and powerful comfort tools, we can change that story for so many families. That’s what Hypnobabies was created to do.
A Complete Program for a Better Birth
Our full Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing course is a complete childbirth education course that brings together medical-grade hypnosis, evidence-based information, and practical birth tools to help you feel safe, confident, and comfortable. Every part of our program is carefully designed to work in harmony with the others, building the skills and mindset needed to have a much easier birth.
And that’s why it’s important to know: Hypnobabies is not a “listen-only” program.
The Heart of the Matter: More Than Just Audio Tracks
Over the years, we’ve heard from people who want to help their friends by sharing Hypnobabies audio tracks. We’ve also heard from former students who want to use only the tracks in a new pregnancy, without the rest of the course materials. This comes from a place of love and good intentions, of course—but unfortunately, it doesn’t provide the full benefits of our Hypnobabies program.
Hypnobabies is a carefully structured course. Our workbooks, handouts, and class materials contain essential information about how to:

Even for experienced Hypnobabies students, reviewing and relearning this information is key. Each pregnancy and birthing journey is different, and your preparation should be too.
